More About Me

Aloha! Happy you found your way here. Let me introduce myself - I'm Glad, a seasoned real estate agent with a unique background that sets me apart. I first came to the beautiful island of Hawaii in 1982 as an active-duty US Army personnel stationed at Tripler Army Medical Center. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the aloha spirit and the breathtaking beauty of the islands, so I decided to make Hawaii my home when I left the service.

After transitioning out of the military, I pursued a career in healthcare and became a healthcare professional, working at various hospitals in Oahu for over 20 years. This experience in a patient-centered field has provided me with a solid foundation in delivering exceptional customer service and has honed my skills in understanding the unique needs and preferences of my clients.

My passion for real estate eventually led me to transition into full-time real estate, and I've been enjoying every moment of it. Drawing from my extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and my assertive yet respectful negotiating skills, I'm committed to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. My approach is client-focused, and I take the time to understand my clients' criteria, background, values, and lifestyle to create tailored solutions that meet their needs.

My strengths include my laid-back and caring nature, as well as my compassionate approach to working with clients. I believe buying or selling a home is not just a transaction, but a significant life event, and so I strive to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. With my perseverance and commitment to customer service, I'm dedicated to making your first, or next real estate transaction a successful one.

If my qualities resonate with you, I invite you to give me a call soon. Let's work together to turn your real estate dreams into reality in this beautiful paradise we call home - Hawaii.
